Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Because appointment times are reserved specifically for each client, the following cancellation and refund policies apply.
• Hourly service appointments canceled at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a refund.
• Hourly service appointments canceled less than before the scheduled appointment 72 hours are nonrefundable.
• Package purchases are nonrefundable.
• Package appointments canceled at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment will not result in any loss of package hours.
• Package appointments canceled between 24 and 72 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in a 2 hour deduction from the client’s remaining package balance.
• Package appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, or missed without notice, may result in the full scheduled appointment time being deducted from the client’s package balance.
• Simply Managed package must be used within 3 months of purchase.
• Concierge and VIP packages must be used within 6 months of purchase.
• Unused package hours expire at the end of the applicable package term and are not refundable or transferable.
